Hello! My name is Melissa and I live in sunny Florida. I am a wife; married for 18 years and mother to three teenagers. I work part time and spend the rest of my day chauffeuring my kids to all of their activities. I have three adorable pets; a dog and two cats we adopted from the SPCA.

I recently have become interested in jazz music. I particularly like female vocalists with an edgy sultry sound. Melanie Gardot is phenomenal!

I love old eighties music too like the Smiths, Morrisey, The Cure.

I also like anything peaceful and soothing. Piano music such as George Winston or anything that sounds tranquil.

I am reading Jody Piccoult currently. I also like many teen fiction books and enjoy poetry and historical fiction as well. My daughter and I read together, The Twilight series and Harry Potter.

I enjoy working out, taking walks, yoga, reading, writing poetry and short stories. I am interested in learning crafts or cultivating some artistic talent. I love art and appreciate and respect people who create it

This will be an evolving list. ~I like nature, animals, waterfalls, rainbows, the colors lavender and light blue. ~The peanuts characters bring back lovely memories from childhood especially Snoopy ~ I am Catholic and I like anything related to my faith. ~I think a clear starry night is beautiful. ~I love hearts and romance, and sweet smelling things. ~I am a Jelly Belly fanatic! I love cinnamon and mint flavors. ~ I like fairies and angels too! I'm sorry if this list sounds a bit corny but I like this stuff!

When people are mean or rude. I don't like the color brown or anything that smells like musk. I don't like snakes or really anything reptilian. I'm not a big fan coffee or tea either except Chai I do like this!
