Mountainsong

I live on a small farm in central Appalachia with my husband, 15 y/o son, 6 dogs, 2 cats and a bird. My day job is that of a mental health counselor. By night I'm a knitter, spinner and weaver. I'd like to be a published author. Got to work on that. I'm Mountainsong on ravelery too.

I like about all types of music. I love bluegrass, country and classical. Go figure!

I love to read. Mysteries are my favorite. I also love books about human and animal relationships and KNITTING.

my favorite tv shows are CSI and Monk. I like intelligent comedies.

My favorite crafts are knitting, especially small, quickly finished things, spinning and weaving. I also quilt and sew. They've kind of taken a back seat to my knitting though.
