I just graduated with my Masters in Communication. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Commercial Art under my belt. I am currently the curator for the Corchoran Gallery located inside Pittsburg's Memorial Auditorium. I was the Chair of PR and Promotions and a Board member pf the Colonial Fox Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing the Colonial Fox Theatre located on Broadway in Pittsburg, KS. I am still an active member of the PR committee. I am also the Co-Coordinator of Pittsburg's Art Walk on Broadway.

I am the co-owner of a small business with my mother (Sweet Designs Cakery) right now.

I want to write and illustrate a childrens book before I die, and i would like to illustrate my dad's (one of three) life stories.

I enjoy all kinds of music. Rock (Pearl Jam, The Toadies, Tool, Queens of the Stone Age, The White Stripes, Mogwai, Mars Volta, etc.).

I will listend to just about anything. However, I do not particularly enjoy new country, pop, and some rap (if the rap actually has a point, then I might listen to it).

I like classical and I love the Blues.

As I have been in college for the past 6 years I have not had the time to read outside of my studies. However, when I do read, it is almost always fictional. I have enjoyed a couple biographies in the past.

I read magazine all the time (cooking, cake decorating, etc.). I read the paper when I have time.

Hmmm. I Heart Huckabees, Pretty Woman (don't laugh), A Time To Kill, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Falling Down, Crash, Belle de Jour, Exotica, The Celluloid Closet, Ma Vie En Rose, Paris Is Burning, Antonia’s Line, Leaving Las Vegas, The Brave Little Toaster, etc.

Arrested Development, Six Feet Under, The Office, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Grey's Anatomy (a guilty pleasure), The Family Guy, The Simpsons, The Chappelle Show,etc.

I have many, many hobbies. Painting, book making, photography (i get paid for that though), designing cards/flyers/brochures, cooking/baking, being a wife, etc.

Penguins, Sloths, Donkeys, Mice, monkeys, elephants, koalas (spelling?), baby pigs, and ant eaters.

I pretty much love all animals but those are my favorite. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat and a wolf/dog (she lives outside).

I love teal, green, black and brown. If you look in my closet you will find mostly blacks, greens and browns. I don't get too crazy with colors when wearing them. My living room is a burnt orange color, my bedroom is an olive green, my kitchen has reds and yellows and my bathroom is teal with bright green and brown. I love to be around color, I just don't like to wear it much.

I like unusual things and anything that will make me laugh. I love candy- the wierder the better and the sour the better!

I have a tattoe on my foot and I drive a PT Cruiser (yeah dorky...I know).

I am married. I have no children but might have one when I'm 35 and successful.

I am in the process of opening my own Cakery (bakery, gelato parlor, and coffee shop). I like to be involved in the community.

I love anything that has to do with cooking and baking or being in the kitchen. Especially if it makes my job easier!

I sleep naked, I wake up grumpy, and I wash my hair every other day (but I do shower daily).
