Staci~ I used YOUR artwork to make YOU some charms. That is not breaking the law because I did not affect your ability to sell your artwork nor did I gain anything by sending you a gift. As a matter of fact, if you include the charms when you sell the artwork it will increase the value of the artwork, but don't worry...no need to send me a check. You have no claim. I suggest you check with a copyright attorney before you start accusing people of breaking the law. Since I work with attorneys in my job, I checked with them. Let me know if you need to talk to someone at a reputable lawfirm. Their are 2 in San Fran that I do business with and have a very reputable copyright practice. HOWEVER...you made 5 CD's of mixed music and sent to others in 2 separate swaps and received from others in swaps. That is definitely against the law. So, what makes you so special that you are allowed to break copyright laws? Just curious....
This has nothing to do with mean and nasty...you broke the law and are now throwing a big, giant tantrum. You sound insane! And, now that the Senate and House have passed the Orphan Acts Bill, you really don't have a leg to stand on...

Funny how I knew you would do something horrible before the swap even started. I called this one in advance and you have proven me right. I have not committed any fraudulent acts. But take me to court and I will prove it to you.
Are you kidding me???? I made charms of your beautiful art so that you would have it after your originals sell. I didn't do anything with it other than make it for YOU. Something very special just for you!! You continue to be a horrible person and this is proof positive. I worked very hard to make something so very special and personal for you. Bring on the lawyers. I would WELCOME the opportunity to laugh you out of court... and just for the record. I have done this for other swappers and they appreciated the fact that I made them something so personal rather than some random charm. I have also used people's children (lisapotterylady) and they loved it. So get yourself and stop being such a horrible, negative, vindictive person and learn to relax and enjoy the fact that people CARE ENOUGH to go the extra mile. Copyright? Oh Jeez....
VJP - you stole my art, used it to make your pendants without my consent, and violated copyright laws. I have not rated you at all so I'm not sure what you're talking about "unfair ratings". And, you're a jerk to boot. You are a bad swapper that not only bullies people on this site, but breaks the law! The only challenge you pose is whether or not I need to contact my lawyer. You are an insignificant portion of my life that inflates itself to something grander but more idiotic. In the future, I'd appreciate if you stopped harassing me.
