Haven't tried the lentil casserole recipe yet, thanks for including it with the awesome Gay is OK ATC (which my partner just loved too). Hearty casseroles are a big fave in our home so we're looking forward to it!
There's both vegan and vegetarian groups here on Swap-Bot. Not a lot of swaps, but some and I've been sent some good recipes via group swaps.
