I'm a 21-year-old college student graduating in December 2008 with a BA in Telcommunications (read: film, tv, and video game design and production). I do a lot of work in Graphic Design, but still like it as a hobby as well. Outside of crafting, I like to draw, read, cook, and create images via photoshop.

I don't tend to have favorites, but here are some I do have:

I like to sew, both by hand and by machine. I knit a bit, but would like to learn more as well as to learn to crochet. I also collage and make jewelry when presented with inspiration. I like papercrafts as well. Anything that doesn't involve large, special tools or a workshop space is something I'd probably like to try.

I tend to make things when I'm bored or need something to do with my hands, even if I don't know what I'll do with it when it's finished. Nevertheless, everything tends to find a good home with someone.

My style is modern-girly chic. Any combination of the three will probably result in something I like, no matter what the color or pattern. I especially like pinstripes and polka dots, but I wouldn't want them on everything.

Furthermore, I also like steampunk, both old and cartoony maps, superheroes, handmade items, baked goods, religious artifacts, international foods, tiny versions of larger things (I like getting pocket-sized dental floss from the dentist, for example...don't know why), and other things I can't think of right now.

Velvet and black licorice both make me want to die.

I have a distaste for over-zealous religion (though I like icons and other small religious items), and dark chocolate.
