Hi! My name is Amalia. I'm a 20-years-old newbie girl. I'm a college student majoring in accounting. English is not my first language, so excuse me if i made a mistake, I'm still learning :) I love snail-mailing. When I was a kid I always dreamed about coming home from school and finding a mysterious package on my desk ;D But sadly all my family and friends lives nearby (or at least still in my city) so for them snail mail is not really efficient. For me to stumble upon swap-bot is like a dream come true. Finally I can start to send and (hopefully) receive something in snail mail.

I love to stumble upon a song unexpectedly. Like when I'm shopping and the radio played a song that caught my attention. I don't have any genre preference, I could like a song based on a catchy tune, beautiful lyrics, or my random mood ;) My favorite song is always changing ;) When I really like something, I would listen to them over and over again until I got sick of them. But my permanent playlist when I'm in-between-songs consists of Taylor Swift, Westlife, Maroon5, Owl City, All Time Low, MLTR, and some random plethora of songs.

Sadly in my country we don't get many good local series :( so I don't watch TV much. But I love watching documentary or travelling series :D Oh! And I love BBC's Sherlock and Running Man (Korean).

I love to read, I'm running out of space in my room because of my books and manga collection. I'm the only one in my house who loves to read, so my family thought I'm crazy every time I came home with a new stack of books :P or everytime I camped out of the bookstore to buy a new book on it's publication date coughharrypottercough. I'm not fussy about what I read, preferably just not something that have graphic violence in it. Sometimes I even like horror books, even though I always freaked out on watching horror movies :) I love to read children's books, romance, teen fiction, poetry, fantasy, action, mystery, or even something serious. Anything I'm in a mood for, really. I have a current obsession with short stories and children's books, though

I love watching movies. I like something adapted from a book (and I just have to read the book first), cartoon/animation (I'm still a kid at heart), action (my mom dragged me to our local cinema everytime a new action movie is out), fantasy, romance, sci-fi, detective. I usually stayed away from horror/thriller though, because I always get paranoid after watching them :P

I drove my mom crazy with my collection of anything cute. Be it Notebooks, Cards, Tapes, Wrapping Papers, Ribbons, etc. But what can I say, it's soooo hard to resist them :P

I love pretty postcards and stamps! I used to buy postcards without knowing whom to send them to :P now I'm hoping to finally use them the proper way ;)

What I love in general :

• Something about other countries (touristy, places, map, flag, state-card, etc. I love to see the world :D)
• State postcards, I'm interested in starting my collection of these :D
• Shaped postcards
• Jetoy! a big-time favorite of mine ;)
• Animals (Cats, rabbits, lions, etc.)
• Pretty buildings (castles, lighthouses, windmills, bridges)
• Something about London, Paris, Rome, or Santorini
• Cute drawings or illustrations from children's books
• Something that screamed vintage (old vehicles, typewriters, mailboxes, clocks, books)
• a card from Cavallini brand (it's so hard to get them here!)
• Cute stationaries ;)
• Stickers!
• Stamps (I love to see different stamps from all aroun the world :D if possible, please use pretty stamps)

I'd prefer my cards written :D Even if the swap requirements said otherwise, if you don't mind writing something on the back, please do~ :)
