When it comes to teas, I like black teas of almost all kinds except Earl Grey.

My favorite holiday is Halloween, I love cats, and have an odd fondness for hedgehogs, chickens and goats, but don't own (or plan on owning) any of them.

My husband and I collect acorn-themed items. We also have acorns on our wedding rings.

Also like other odd greens, plus regular old orange and red • Making and giving gifts • Sending and receiving mail • Tea (black, caffeinated) • Kinder Eggs (actually, the toy capsules, but hubby likes the chocolate part) • Candy! Milk chocolate, cherry-flavored candy, taffy, gum • Pretzl sticks (like pocky, but salted) • Hub adores rice crackers, esp. the banana-shaped spicy ones, and finding/getting these for him makes me very happy • I'm an auntie - niece & nephews plus lots of honorary ones (human and animal (including 3 Pygmy goats)), so making things for that crew • Lush • Scents: citrus • TV/Movies: Firefly (!)

Not so into: • Polyester anything • Coffee (love the smell of it, though) • Allergic to cigarette smoke and strong perfumes • Religious or patriotic items/fabrics • Cutesy or character items/fabrics • Pastels • Neons

Buttons are a recurring favorite. I like finding cool vintage ones, but haven't made anything with them lately.

I love the odd shades of green (chartreuse, avocado), plus orange and teals. Dislike pastels of all kinds, and pink.

I sew smallish things - needle cases (for knitting), tote bags, heat packs, cloth menstrual pads, tissue holders, etc.
