I am a bi-lingual Elementary School Spanish teacher. I have one daughter and have been married to the same guy for 31 years!

I enjoy crochet, cross-stitch, photography, reading Jodi Picoult novels and writing poetry for fun.

I was raised with two cultures: Hispanic and British West Indian. I love all bright colors, but my faves would be: fuchsia, teal, lime green and red/orange.

Sharing Day of the Dead with my students is always a fun challenge. We have painted rocks black and then painted skeletons on them. We have decorated 4 foot skeletons with sharpies and even eaten Day of the Dead bread together!
