Hi Eileen, thank you for the comment on my soaps. I enjoy making them and teaching people how to diy their own handcrafted batches of soap. Lye is used in many applications including foods that we consume. A google search will enlighten and perhaps relieve your fear of working with it to make a luscious bar of soap your skin will love.
Btw, your snack box was mailed a few days ago. Iβm interested to know how long it will travel to get to you. I remember mailing boxes from the Middle East via APO the base I mailed them from and them arriving in about a week to my stateside address.
Are you stationed anywhere near Bielefeld? I got to feed a handsome swan @wintersm οΏ½hle. His name was Olaf.
