Hi! I am an office gal on the go that spends my spare moments cruising crafty blogs and websites for inspiration when I can't get outside to find it in the fabulous city I live in NYC.

I live in an apartment so I'm always trying to find ways to save space and think creatively to do so, on the cheap too. I love tag sales/garage sales/flea markets and finding forgotten treasures there!

I really love all colors and choose my favorites daily, depending on my mood - when I look at my closet, the plethora of green is a bit overwhelming :)

Happy to be here and excited to find some new crafty friends on swapbot!

I love love love sewing and have a billion projects to do on my list at all time. I especially like making housewares (pillows, tableclothes, etc) aprons, and I'm trying to get more into garment sewing as well, and fitting my experimental handiworks on my niece and nephew. I'm still learning but getting better every day!

I enjoy making cards - I'm not great at papercrafting but am working to improve and think my pals appreciate my handmade cards, even if they are a bit wonky sometimes. Haven't done scrapbooking yet.

I also like making crafts out of recycled materials - like used tins or cereal boxes, etc. Finding a new use for something destinted for the garbage thrills me! I enjoy making things for my friends and family, and decorating my own space.

I've tried knitting but have never got into it really, also I'm a bit allergic to wool so that is tough.

I would like to get into embroidery next I think, and would really like to do wood working but my small space doesn't allow for it at this time :)

But I'm always up to try something new, or discover something I don't know about yet!

I'm open to anything - I love to read! Memoirs, fiction, chicklit, classics, short stories, bios, history, etc etc...I don't really read a lot of romance or sci-fi, but there are exceptions to every rule :)

I love swapping and always send out my items on time (usually well before the deadline).
