About Me
I have been gone from swapbot for a long time. My Mother was very ill and I was spending all my time taking care of her until she passed. It was pretty stressful and I know I became flakey at the beginning of her illness and failed to follow through on several swaps. Prior to that I had a super good rating and now I have these "1" ratings that I have to contend with. I want to try and make them up even though it has been 9 years,
That being said, I am a Real Estate Appraiser. licensed in the State of Arizona. My kids are grown; however, I do have fur babies!! Pugs and Danes. An odd combination. but it works in our house!
I like to dabble in mosaics and clay. I am not proficient in either, but I still like to dabble. I will get better with time. I also like to garden. I no longer have a huge garden, but am mostly doing container gardening these days.
My husband and I have a sail boat in Morro Bay, CA and we are planning to retire to the boat one day. In the meantime we try to visit her as often as possible,
I am learning to play ukulele and to do water color. Hoping to get better at both this year!

I hope the size was O.K., I was guessing and thought better to be too big than too small. When I contacted the APARN president to get the shirt, I just told her it was for someone with a black pug named Walter and she asked me specifically if it was for you!!! She remembers you and Walter!!! We actually have 3 pug parties now, PugStock, Pug-a-Palooza and we have added Pugs in Paradise.

Response: Thank you!!! I actually got the peacock ore when I was on a road trip a while ago. I am a real estate appraiser and I travel all over Arizona and often stop at places where they have cyrstals and rocks and petrified wood. All of those things speak to my soul. You have actually told me a great deal more about the peacock ore than I even knew, but it explains a lot of things. At times when I am really struggling to be grounded, I often find myself drawn to the peacock ore. I just never really knew why.
I loved this swap and think that we should do another one soon. thank you so much for the rating, for the ♥ and for the knowlege that I lacked before this very moment!!!
