Hi, I am a 24 year old with a long interest in philately. I used to collect stamps and First Day Covers, but now I prefer to collect postcards, postal stationery and covers, especially Balloon Mail. Hence, I am also a member of Postcrossing. I also have a little silky terrier named Yuki who sleeps near me when I write postcards late at night.

Classical music, especially opera and religious works, make up a great deal of my music diet, though I am open to all musical genres.

When I am not writing postcards, you may find me burried in a book. Most of my reading currently consists of non - fiction works (history / christianity), but I love Agatha Christie, 'The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency' series and Joanne Harris. I intend to read up all the Classics when time permits it.

I used to practise origami as a kid and still have a penchant for paper based crafts. I intend to take up pottery in the near future after being introduced to it by an Arts friend. I admire medieval pots and would like to learn to throw a medieval jug (the jug is the most common form of medieval crockery).

Visiting churches is also a must whenever I am abroad as I love going through every nook and crany of old churches and discovering something beautiful.

Someday, I hope to take up painting. Right now, I am just happy to collect art postcards.
