About Me

My entire profile has been updated as of: 1 November 2017

I haven't been on in awhile and know that I owe 3 people? past items never sent and hope to find them to be able to send them their items. Life got in the way and my world fell apart.

I'm back and hopefully new and improved! Not only am I the mother of 3 wonderful boys but now wear the title of "LaLa" - which is what my 11 & 2 year old grandsons call me.

I am going bacck to school, taking online classes to become a court reporter and having a blast learnig new things and re-inventing myself.

It's a busy life but a great one and crafting is my sanity and escape.

things I like

I love learning about my Celtic background and the Native American history of the area I live in - The Stone Mountain Highland Games & Scottish Festival - "diggin up history ~ living in a tent" (it's a line from a song) but basically it's learning about my heritage and where I came from . . .

I like: bumble bees - crosses - high school football - Sequoyah - pineapples - nativity scences/sets - othere religious items from other cultures - angels - peacocks - fairies - dragons - embroidery floss - fabric squares in linens, cotton, anything I can put my embroidery designs on - bath salts - candles (cinnamon, clove, vanilla, berry, wine flavored, fruit flavors - but nothing floral because of my allergies) - Americana - country - primitive - celtic - anything Scottish - pineabepples - cinnamon - clove - red wine

When someone asks my favorite color I usually say "plaid" which my youngest will point out is not really a color but it's better than when I was little and would answer "pinkish gray" ;-) but I do like alot of colors: blue, red, pink, grey, cream, yellow & black.

I love: primitive homemade items - inspirational items - Catholic prayer candles/cards - bookmarks - postcards - any kind of bits and things for use in a mixed media journal - bookmarks - grew up learning about other religions and love unique items about other religions - basically I have a very eclectic style!

Favorite Crafts
