I'm 39, married, and have no human children but I am a proud parent to three fur children: two cats and a horse.

I am a high school teacher who loves to get crafty, read, run, ride my horse, watch movies, watch USC Trojan football, go wine tasting, rockclimb, and go to the driving range.

In addition to horses, my favorite creatures are chipmunks, owls, foxes, birds, and butterflies.

My favorite colors are lime green, teal, turquoise, orange, and any shade of pink.

I love the 1980s and Japanese things and I collect Native American art and vintage aprons. I'd love to receive old lace, old pages (text and/or images), vintage or retro fabric, pinup girls.

My yarn preferences are wool, silk, alpaca, soy, bamboo, corn. I love yarns with beads or sequins in them, hand-dyed yarns, superwash sock yarn, superwash dk, superwash worsted weight yarn -- anything beautiful in just about any colors except anything too drab.

Fabrics : wool, silk, 100 percent cotton, cotton/linen blends.

In fabrics, I love Japanese imports, large florals, birds, animals (especially non-realistic animals -- think Japanese deer and squirrels and hedgehogs), black and white prints, retro themes, whimsical, etc.
