Hi! My name is Melody and I live in Seattle, WA! I am a Museology graduate student, and work as a photograph archivist. I am married and have two fluffy black cats.

I Love:

*Greenery- I love the Pacific Northwest because I get to see green things everytime I walk out my door! All plants and trees make me happy.

*Rain- It has been a dry year unfortunately, but I love to sit in coffee shops, or on porches, or by my window and watch/listen to the rain. Overcast days are my favorite.

*Cats- I grew up with cats and currently have two black cats, Salem and Sabrina! I have had them for about 2 years, and they bring me so much joy.

*Art- Although I have a bachelor's degree in History, I also love art. I love calming scenes and pretty pictures. I collect art postcards.

*Impressionist/Flemish School- Renoir is my favorite painter, and I love the rural domesticity and style of the Flemish School.

*Museums- I am going to school to work in museums, so I love postcards or even brochures from them! I love to hear about people's experiences in museums as well. If you had an impactful experience at a museum, let me know!

*Stickers- I love stickers of all kinds, especially nature-themed ones

*Pretty patterns- Rifle Paper Co. makes some of my favorite patterns

*Ribbons- I use ribbons for my hair, my crafts, for decoration, for kitchen stuff, I love ribbons!

*Florals: I used to work at the floral counter in a grocery store, so I know lots about different flowers. My favorite flowers are Peonies, Ranunculus, and Sunflowers

*Watercolors- I love to watercolor nature scenes, and love the look of watercolor art

*Homesteading- My husband and I want to have a homestead one day, so I love the aesthetic and the lifestyle of making things from the earth and from scratch

*Recipes- I love to cook and bake! I like to make things from scratch, and don't have any food allergies.

*Yarn- I love fiber, especially in rich, beautiful colors. I knit and crochet, so exploring yarn stores is one of my favorite things
