I like to wear and fill my home with hand made items. I knit , crochet and do patchwork. I am a nurse. I also like to garden and read. I have read all seven Harry Potter. I enjoy my pets- I have two cats and two birds. I am trying to live greener. I dont own a car and do worm composting. I like bright cheerful colors. I love vintage stuff- especially the 30s, 40s and fifties. Vintage things and plain old ordinary "used" are fine with me. I don't care too much for frilly things. I collect fine china tea cups and vintage wall pockets made in the shape of birds. My house is already cluttered up so now I prefer mostly useful items. I am not allergic to wool and really prefer natural fibers. My favorite colors to actually wear- because they suit me are colors like taupey browns, greens and golds. My truly favorite color is red and I also really like aqua- but I dont wear these colors much out in public unless they are small parts of a pattern.

There is no real favorite here. I like music from most genres. I dont like music with violent lyrics or music that is too bland either.

I have many favorites. The one that comes to mind today is Groundhog Day. Another old favorite is Marty.

My favorites are the crime shows-CSI and Law and Order. I also really like British dramas, nature,science and history programs.

Currently my favorite is knittng. I especially like small projects such as hats, socks and washcloths abd potholders. I am starting to do some lace and I am crocheting a capelet.
