I am so excited, having recently discovered sock monkeys I found a partner for a swap.The Sock Monkey she sent me was absolutely wonderful.Now named Geraldine,she can be seen on my flickr photos.

WOW addicted all over again,this place is great, I had been away from here for quite a while and have enjoyed getting back envolved.

Making cards, collecting, bits and pieces,looking in craft shops!!(don't we all).

II love seeing sunsets the colours are beautiful,I like clouds too but try to keep my head out of them!

generally the countryside,butterflies,owls and flowers are wonderful particularily the roses and simple sunflower, to name but a few.

My general interests are wide and varied. I make cards and ATC's and enjoy collecting them,I have just made a beautiful bracelet so adding jewellery making now.

To see wonderful fabrics and touch the textures,I don't need to make it into anything, the sewing bug hasn't really caught me but there is time for that yet.(my mum does some sewing).

I have been collecting Quotes and sayings and now have a beautiful decorated notebook to transfer them into,the book came today.

I don't log in everyday but will respond to all messages and get back to everyone. EVEN if i am away for a few days, sometimes access can be tricky.

It's good to hear things have arrived from forums/tags and i try my best to do the same.

I like to give messages where i have just stopped by and said hello on profiles, it brings a smile to me when i get a message on my page and it is such a simple way of sharing and enjoying the simple free things in life. If you are reading this then a HI/Hello would be nice.,and thank you if you feel like sharing this greeting.

I promise to rate and try to give feedback when I receive from the forums/tags but sometimes it is difficult to find the area and i will leave a message on your profile at the very least.

I have decided that this is not needed anymore and everyone can see what i am up to from the swaps and ratings and i think after a few months the space used up would be too great i but may review this.

I am keeping a to do list, which will be on going as i join/tag/swap/rak.

Atc's,greeting cards, I just started on zentangles wow these are fun.

I can knit basic scarf only, have plenty ordinary wool but fluffy/ribbon/bobbly would be great as i mix it in with the plainer ones as i have not learnt any fancy stiches yet.

I have a journal which i am going to put sayings in , i have mentioned it above. I also want to do a scrapbook when i feel brave enough to start.

I have seen some flowers small made by crochet they look great and would love to have some to add to a gift have in mind, any colour would be useful.

I Like to listen to audio cd or tapes whilst doing other things. I have bought some recently second hand. If you have any and want to swap send me a pm, perhaps we like the same things.

I mainly read factual books or articles especially when researching a topic. I enjoy reading magazines generally but I am not into the gossip/celebratey type ones other than that i would give it a read.

I have had a wonderfully inspiring magazine from USA on beading absolutely lovelly- would welcome another.Also had a card craft one just as interesting-USA seems to have some great magazines.Uk ones are good too but they seem to repeat their ideas.

I have just treated myself to a subscription via supermarket vouchers, i have enjoyed reading the two i have now received. I think they should offer more craft type offers.

Cards,using mixture of mediums, personalising to their interests or colours or hobbies.

Beads just really like them, have made bracelet this week.I love the colours and the feel the way they glisten in the light.A friend bought me a set of jewellery cutters as xmas gift. I have started to use my beads and wire, I lengthen 2 necklaces the other week. I have also made some flowers inspired by an article in my magazine although slightly adapted.

I love to see flowers in the gardens, the mixture of colours and the heads swaying in the breeze.No seeds needed though thank you.

My favourite are roses and i have a lot of them growing in my garden and i have a passion for sunflowers, they come in different colours including a deep red,orange and the traditional yellows, i know they are easy growers and usualy a childrens flower but I like the bright sunny flowers and they make me smile.

My roses are now in bloom and looking great.The fruits on the trees are growing well, my peach tree is loaded with fruits, i am waiting for them to ripen.

I like elephants and dragons and wolves pics/stamps/postcards of them.

I have been given a beautiful painting of a wolf it is great,i am wondering about what frame will suit it best. I also have it as my screen image on my pc.

-----I like fountain pens that are old or funky, I do use them to write with they don't collect dust here, well a little now and then. where does the dust come from.....house work!!! crafting sounds so much better..

i am not really an ornament collector.

the list here could be vast so open to offers. COLLECT postcards but now looking for happy/sunny/funny(but not rude) ones/cute animals types or ones with sayings/poems on them.

BEADS....all size and shape/colour not plastic kiddy beads thought thank you.

JEWELLERY...findings headpins,eye pins, split rings, and spare oddments of clean chain.

PLASTIC files....the type that hold atc's, my folder is full and needs a page or two.

Cotton FABRIC...must be cotton,small prints/patterns small pieces are fine for my mum

CROCHET......flowers small/large and squares for a blanket/throw bright jewel colours would be fantastic.

I am not a domestic cat person.

I have now been sent my first altered tin,it was decorated for me and it was lovely. Maybe a start of a collection.....that would be fun.

A cd called "3d craft builder" ok that is a biggy ask but if you done with it and want to swap pm please.

A medium size notebook/journal hand decorate by you that would be fun (either pretty,bright, sunny,purples,pinks,yellows something happy).

Craft magazines most people love these but now and then a clearout just must be done so if you are in that process? well you get the idea, stamping and cards,beading and jewellery are top of my list, a scrapbook one even old old would be great.

Nature, birds(owls,herons,eagles,robin), oriental , papers, stamps can be clear. fibres, cello bags for ATC's.Butterfly papers,used interesting stamps,little trinkets that can be added to cards or to my bracelet.

machine embrodiery threads...the glossy looking ones in pastels AND scraps of cotton fabric these are both for my mum to use(she is not on swapbot) and mum is working on a project.I like to share things.

OOOh sorry just thought of a few NO needs/dislikes thank you,I am not keen on cats or cat things, cat pics( just the domestic kind), candles(have loads), i'm not a tea drinker.No chocs and sweets/candy me trying to lose a few pounds, i have only just started. no gum,not into ornaments( as a rule).I like to use the full amount of weight in the postage bracket or as near as possible,so if you think of something you like to share with me add it in to the envie.

If you are sending from abroad , I am happy to wait for surface mail, although i have no idea how long it takes, if you let me know it is coming that way , we could keep track of the time scale. I know the weight limit is more generous and less cost in surface mail and if you have popped it all into a clear pocket file or plastic bag it should be safe.

You name it, I can only say if not got, or may come up with something you not thought of, got to be worth a try.

I can also have a hunt around and try to get, Mind you someone wanted a car number plate, that I could not do!!

cat greeting cards, ATC, printed pretty papers, scraps(i think thats what you call them) of pics teddies,cats,fish are but a few of the themes i have at the moment, these could be used for collage or ATC's or other alter image projects.

UK Swaps, i have holding gemstones,new harry potter collecting cards,a few football collecting cards, girls new hair bobbles,hairbands.some thimbles.wool oddments and pink,purple thick ribbonand off white elastic, blue fabric paper, fawn fabric paper(this is fabric backed onto paper).

i have these but do not collect them or need any.

I really enjoy getting a little card/atc/postcard with a hello message in any envie with the swap.i also enjoy it when people have decorated the envie with a sticker or doodle or a stamped image just adds a bit of magic to the whole envie.

I know it is quite a long profile, but wanted to make it a bit chatty and not too square.
