Single mom of two girls. One just started her freshman year in college and the other one just started 8th grade. I share my home with three dogs (two live outside) and one cat. I am a busy mom during the week for most of the time. For the months of Feb through May-I'm busy during the week and very busy on the weekends. My youngest daughter competes in dance and gymnastics. We do a little traveling. (not to far though). I teach 3rd and 4th grade Sunday mornings; they keep me on my toes. I enjoy spending time with my family and my friends. I like playing board games with my girls (or anyone I guess), I think they think they are too old or to bust to spend time with their mama.

I love music, almost any kind of music-depending on my mood at the time. Since I listen to alot of different kinds of music, it's hard to choose a favorite.

I read alot of different kinds of books, but I would say my favorite to read are the writing styles of Jodi Picoult, Kristin Hannah and Nicholas Sparks. I can spend hours in a bookstore just looking. I don't choose a book because of a certain author or because it's supposed to be a bestseller. Some books just "jump out" at me. They have been some of the best books I've ever read. I have read so many that's it's difficult to keep up with what I have and have not read. I should have started a list a long time ago. Another type of book that is a favorite is autobiographies of non famous people.

City of Angels, Con Air, The Rock, Avatar, the Twilight series,27 Dresses,Pretty Woman,Disney movies(not talking about the animated cartoon movies), 50 First Dates, Never Been Kissed..... so many movies to list. I like Nicholas Cage, Adam Sandler, Drew Barrymore, Angelina Jolie, just to name a few.

Criminal Minds is my favorite show. I also watch CSI Miami, The Forgotten, The Past and Army Wives. I liked watching Ghost Whisperer,Lost and Cold Case until they no longer came on as new shows. Many years ago i just had to watch X-files. I do watch a few other shows when I have time. I sometimes don't have time for the shows listed-I have to DVR them. DVR? one of the best inventions ever. :-)

I really like to do all kinds of crafts. That's not saying I do them all well. Sometimes getting what I want from my brain to actually happen, doesn't always turn out. :-) I do love to scrapbook when I have time. I've tried beading, sewing and wood crafts. I enjoy taking pictures of people and objects.
