I love dogs, especially Giant Schnauzers and English Cocker Spaniels, and horses, especially the old/government style Morgans. I enjoy hiking and most things related to the outdoors.

George MacDonald, Ted Dekker, and Karen Kingsburry are a few of my favorite authors, but I love most "classic", historical fiction, and Christian fiction books. I like learning about new things, so if it's outside those genres and you think it's good, I'm probably willing to give it a try too.

If it's for the the main part of the house, I usually like blues, white/cream, or browns. We move a lot, so I try to make it easy to interchange things between rooms. Our furniture and photo frames are usually medium brown to espresso or black.

Kitchen is black and white, again with the idea of it being easy to match things.

For the bathrooms, we have one with a pirate theme and another in brown and moss green.
