My name is Iva and I am a mum of a 25 year old daughter, a 24 year old son and a 15 years old son. I live in the Czech Republic (Middle Europe) and I work as manager of Information Office of European Commision, but I dream about my own shop with handmade products. I love hand working and being creative. I make ceramic, sew bags, toys, blankets, make baskets and many others (you can see some of my work on my web sites - even only in Czech language, but many pictures are there:-) and under Flag of UK you find basic google translation into English. Even I am newbie in sewing, I like it very much and I feel happy with fabric and colours. My favorite colors are pastel colours, "powder" colours and "winter" colours. I like yarn and collect any type and any color. I am the same way with fabric and fabric scraps. I also like any and all sewing supplies and craft supplies. We have four dogs and two cats. I do not like metal and glass.

Ceramic, Sewing, Basket-making and just about everything else. I like to try a little bit of everything.

I like to learn new things; this year I finished University study and had my first gallery exhibition of ceramic work ( I am very happy of it - it was my big dream).

PLEASE, do not send me any books in English except books with many pictures concerning ceramic, patchwork or another crafts. My English is not so good. Thank you for understanding.
