I love snail mail, happy mail, letter writing, postcard sending and pen pals! I've done this for a few years now with friends, but I just discovered Swap Bot and am eager to join the fun! No flake here ;-)

I'm a Christian and I busy stay at home Mom of 4. My idea of a perfect day is spent rummaging through thrift stores, estate and yard sales followed by a green smoothie and a nap. I miss my California home and I LOVE the beach! I'm involved with local animal rescue groups and have 6 dogs! I'm crazy for anything vintage and antique especially books, dishes and jewelry. Interested in 1940s fashion and hairstyles. Love to read. I own waaaay too many books. Never met a candy I didn't like! Recently picked up running and am training for a 5k. I'm also interested in health related topics like natural remedies and nutrition. Went to Ireland last summer and think I left my true self there, lol. Best 2 weeks of my life, almost. I find other cultures fascinating. I'd like to visit Japan someday too. Like to cook, particularly vintage recipes. Although, pizza is my hands down favorite food on this planet! Nothing better than ending a day with hot tea and British TV. I collect vintage children's books and hope to author children's literature one day. Teal, that's my favorite color :-)

Likes: I'm happy to receive things YOU think are neat! I'm not very picky, but appreciate a nice effort. Things that could make my day but are not necessary are vintage things, interesting paper ephemera, minature books, small journals, beach related items, mermaids, handmade things (if you have a skill or talent, Id love to see it!),decorated art envelopes, anything that represents your country or where you live . Stationary, postcards and kawaii items. Candy and snacks are cool!! Love bracelets too.The thing I most enjoy about swaps is the element of SURPRISE :-) Dislikes: Very few, but nothing related to other religions and/or dark and death themed items (zombies, blood and gore, witchcraft, spells, amulets, crystals, supernatural/paranormal, occultic, zodiac, chakras, new age, etc, etc).
