I could send you a few bottles from our local vineyards after Mitch's splints are out, if you'd like to try them. I ended up using that red in a rustic beef stew, and it was actually pretty good... I'd buy it again, even if the label is ugly, heh.

Thanks for the link! I think that there should be no problem in court since the suit will violate our constitutional rights as defined by Tennessee Supreme Court. Someone didn't do their homework if they don't realize that the statute for grandparent visitation is actually illegal in this situation. Even if it did apply... well, as you said, there are other circumstances to consider, and they would just blow the case out of the water. ::shakes head::
