I love life!

I enjoy pretty much everything I do... but I truly enjoy quilting, sewing, flower and pond gardening, scherenschnitte (paper cutting), dogs and pretty much anything creative... and I don't mind getting dirty.

Then there's the geeky side of me... I love computers. Hardware, software, websites, programming.

Jazz, classical, blues, big band, ragtime and rock... I go to extremes!

I am a crafty person! I love looking at things and figuring out how it's made... what it takes to put together (sometimes I figure this out, by taking things apart).

I've done needlework, decoupage, rug making, paper crafting, embossing, rubber stamping, wood working, sewing and quilting... to name a few.

If I didn't have to work and make money... I'd rather be quilting. I love, love, love creating quilt tops... binding though, leaves something to be desired... the only reason I do it is to finish the quilt.

I am an animal lover... love my pets! My husband and I have four dogs... two chocolate labs, a male and a female that we will be breeding this winter. We have a golden/yellow lab mix and a schnauzer/poodle mix and we have a pond full of koi.

There is nothing better than sitting out by the pond with the dogs, watching nature in all her splender... from the frogs and dragon flies, to the hummingbirds, bees and chipmunks and squirrels. It's all good!!!
