I'm a Detroit native that recently was transplanted to Arizona. I live about 30 miles from the Border of Mexico. I'm heading back to school in January but in the mean time I work for a major Wireless company. My husband and I are the proud parents of two wonderful dogs. Eoghan my little monkey pug and Maddie the princess Golden. They keep me on my toes. I love to knit and have a secret yarn addiction. I have more yarn than I could ever need but for some reason I feel that I must have more! I also cross stitch and crochet. I love to read and find that getting lost in a good books is almost as fun as knitting.

Reading has always been a pleasure for me. I can't get enough books. Some of my favorites include: The Bell Jar - Sylvia Plath, Anything by Jodi Picoult, Francessca Lia Block, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close - Jonathan Safran Foer, Cather in the Rye - J.D. Salinger, Anything from Dorothy Parker, To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee and many many others...

I'm a big fan of music. I have an obsession with Tori Amos, Ben Lee, Beth Orton, Social Distortion, silverchair, Mars Volta, Sparta, At the Drive In, Ben Kweller, Ben Folds, City and Colour, Beck, Face to Face, Samiam, Tragically Hip, Jimmy Eat World, Portishead, Massive Attack, Pink Floyd, the Who, Emily Haines and the Soft Skeletons, Stars, Amy Milan and many more...

Favorite movies would include Nightmare Before Christmas, The Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal, Beetlejuice, Boiler Room, Swingers, The Wizard of Oz, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, all of the Halloween movies, Love Actually, Gangs of New York and I'm sure there are more but I'm getting lazy here...
