About Me

After a very hectic December and New Year at work I only now have time to update my profile. But after this length of time away, and some time to think, I have decided to stop swapping altogether. I have met some great people, particularly Chappykat with whom I hope to continue contact. I loved the process, the excitement of putting together the right swap for each particular person. And also the anticipation of getting something unique and personal from my swap partner. The sad truth is that in so many different ways I have been left feeling disappointed in the overall swap I have received. So in the end I believe it is best to move on, and thank swap-bot for an interesting time and a glimpse into it's world.

Comment: The package you sent me was just amazing. I was blown away. When I first opened it and saw all of the items beautifully wrapped, I was filled with so much anticipation. You obviously took a lot of time, care, and love in putting it together, and it made my week. Thank you so much and to your mother for picking up that wonderful eggplant pen for me in Paris! I'd never seen that one before. I love it!

Comment: Thank You so much for your delightful list. I love how you wrote it in pink! Your favorite color. The stationary is sweet, The ribbon is beautiful and I love the butterfly note card. The butterfly has a special meaning to me, and comes on a day when I needed it. I also enjoyed the fact that my parcel came from so very far away. Thank you.

Comment: I was havin a not so good day, went to a bit of bingo(punk rock style) and came home to an AMAZING package! I love the fact you supported not only a charity, but also at least one etsy creator with what you sent. I will probably never ever ever ever ever ever part with the seahorse tags, or the alice in wonderland tags...they're wayyyyyyyyy too pretty anbd cool. Thank you for turning a not so good day into a great one! Star Bar is the equivalent of wunderbar in Canada, but excellent. I've never had Pocky, guess I will now, hahhaha. Then "Yellow" pencil was just funny...and you gave me some greta ideas to finish off my version of the A-Z treasure hunt, since time is running out. Again, thank you, and hopefully one day I get to return the favour...

I am definately going to light the little candle and put the bath melt in the bath tonight and I wish I didn't just cut my hair because I love the red polka dot ribbon and I NEEDED SOME OF THOSE PINS!!! Response: Yeah! So glad it arrived safe and sound. The pins were my luckiest find I think, they fitted the bill perfectly. I don't craft and wanted them myself just for the colours! x

Comment: I love the whole package! Especially the wrapping, and other little details like the ribbons and etc. I can feel the sincerity! Wow, the stuff are all in my fav. colours too. The design of the tissue is so cute and i'm gonna try the candy tomorrow. The card is esp sweet! Everything's so awesome and special. It really was a great surprise!
