I am a mother of two grown sons from Oklahoma and Texas. I retired from a forty year Information Technology career in the Airline and Oil/Gas industries in 2015. Since then, I have moved to a new home on Lake Hudson in Oklahoma and I am working on getting in restored and ready for my husband when he retires in 2017. I have a small quilt cottage behind our house and I am constantly trying to get it in some semblance of order. I quilt, knit, crochet, embroider and weave. I keep myself busy with gardening or reading when I am not stitching. I drive back and forth to our permanent home in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area of Texas and though I was born in Oklahoma, I will always be a Texan. I love meeting new people and traveling.

Favorite Colors: red, greens, purples, jewel tones Not so favorite: Orange or pastels Favorite fabrics: 30s and Batiks Favorite blocks: Mrs. Brown, mrs. Keller, Mrs. Morgan. Really all of them, pick your favorite. Least favorite block-Daffodil, not making it I would love to have anything for my sewing room or my desk; especially something that identifies where you live.
