Theme "Paint Can" with Goodies never received the swap back in feb. 09 and never got any response to pm sent

in response to your one rating, given without contacting me: I did not email you to tell you it would be late as it left on 1-23 (on time) If you did not receive it, it would have been polite to notify me before handing out an inaccurate one rating. I will be happy to re-send since it has not arrived. -- I went thru all of my sent mails and all of my PMs, I have never sent you a PM nor an email. --- all of the swaps I mailed after yours have now been rated.
