I have recently quit smoking. How did you do it Shaun? Well i will tell you. I did it with the aid of three things. I used the "Patch", i chewed gum (hmmm blackjack) AND most importantly i taught myself how to knitt. Since i live alone it was very easy to chain smoke while sitting on the couch watching TV. Now i knitt to keep my hands busy. I rock. I can knitt a scarf in 2 days. I enjoy video games, ganja, and hanging out with my friends.
