Hi! my name is Michelle, I am a 20 year old student studying at the University of Auckland. I am in my 3rd and final year of completing a bachelor of arts with a double major in Philosophy & Film, TV & Media Studies. I have lived in Auckland all my life but frequently travel out of town to visit my amazing boyfriend. I am currently involved with several swaps through the 'Gimme Your Stuff' blog. I absolutely love birds especially swallows, flamingos, sparrows, finches and all sorts of other creatures.

I am a reliable swapper and don't understand the intention of people who are time (and money) wasters.

I love all books by Chuck Palahniuk but especially love Haunted and Inviable Monsters. I have just won the 6 books in the My Penguin series and cant wait to start decorating and reading them!

I love all kinds of music from alternative to ambient to jazz to pop and rock i don't have just one favourite band. I love taking my camera along to concerts and getting lots of photos of bands performing...and meeting the bands too (yes im a groupie..but not in the dodge way..i just like meeting my fave bands)

Fight club, snatch, lock, stock & two smoking barrels, Amelie, City of Lost Children - most French movies :)

Between work and study (and swapping) i dont get much chance to watch TV but i never miss an episode of Lost or CSI

I love making little pieces of jewelery, brooches, badges and things made from paper whatever happens to be taking my fancy at the time. At the moment i am making heaps of paper toys and fabric covered thumbtacks!
