About Me

I'm a woman living in Melbourne Australia with my two daughters and my husband. I work in my own micro-business, as a consultant and researcher in human services. I love to sing, read, and make things. I have no favorite medium, and enjoy making things with fabric, fibres, and particularly with paper. I have lived in Japan, and love the Japanese aesthetic (and food). In our house, we all like to make things, to cook good food, to be outside, and being together. I don't watch much TV, but did enjoy the West Wing, Buffy, and the Office. I listen to all kinds of music, and really enjoy alt country, and womens voices in general. I read indiscriminately - I do like crime novels, but also like short stories, particularly by contemporary American and Canadian authors. I am a keen (albeit slow) distance runnner, and am aiming to run in the 2009 Masters Game in Sydney. I love skiing also, but the season in Australia is short and unpredictable.

sas I send the first postcard on July 2, the second one I send on July 30th, I will send another tommorrow on Aug 5th, I do not no where they have gone, but I will try again. thank you for your patience.
