Hey there! I'm a senior in high school...:D I'm also a comic book artist (geeky me). I love writing and communication, and I want to start my own zine on etiquette (why? I'm not sure). I can speak Italian as well as English, although I'm pretty sure my Italian is horrifying. I'm also attempting to teach myself Finnish. I love friends!! I want to be an art therapist when I grow up...

Anything else?

My favorite music is techno/dance-able stuff, but I love rock, goth rock, pop, punk...I also love jazz, and classical. I hate rap and R&B (the more recent stuff....the old stuff is cool). I also like foreign music. My favorite band, currently, is HIm, maybe...I think. XD

Comic books of course! My current favorites are Moon Boy and The Chronicles of the Grimm Peddler. For American stuff, I love Gotham City Sirens and The Spirit.

For regular books, my recent favorite is The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. I also loved Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones and My Booky-Wook by Russell Brand.

My favorite movie is Willard. I love mice and rats!!

I don't watch much TV, but I love the Muppet show and Big Bang Theory.

I draw comic books!! 'Nuff said. ;D

I understand if you can't send me anything - your letter is enough! - but if you feel moved to present me, here are some things I would prefer and some of my little quirks:

• I am into kawaii things: Tokidoki is AWESOME, I love their stuff.
• That being said, I am also into gorgeous Gothic and Gothic Lolita things. The more lace, intricacy and satin, the better.
• I love personalized drawings and homemade stationary.
• I love photos.
• I love trading sketchbooks - I draw something and write a letter then send it back, you write and draw something, etc. all in the same sketchbook
• I love fortune cookie fortunes, letters of advice, and other such "improvement" things. Miss Manners rocks!
• My favorite candy things are: Reese's, Starbursts and Skittles.
• Comic books and manga are never turned down.
• Plushies are always cool.
• Stationary and cards are always put to use - the more kawaii/GothLoli the bettter.
• Unused stamps.
• Graveyard things - not stones, but pictures and drawings and recountings.
• Ghost and paranormal stories and books. My favorite creature is a werewolf.
• CDs and DVDs of new and different music are always good.

Please don't send anything much over $10 - I will not otherwise be able to reciprocate. Homemade is generally best!

If you are interested in sending a gift, please steer clear of:

• Makeup as I rarely wear any. Black eyeliner is always safe, though.
• Clothing, such as tee-shirts. You will probably get the size wrong (no offense, but you don't know my measurements! How could you, unless you were stalking me?)
• Anything too risque, such as violent matter. You might not think it is, but I have a high level gore intolerance.
• Anything to do with needles, even pictures. Needle pens amuse me though, and kawaii needles especially.
• Perfume or perfumed lotions. I'm very particular about scents.
