Comment: Thanks for sharing your list! Hope you got your work done, too. :) I'm familiar with a few of the books you mentioned, but not sure if I've read them or just seen them on newsletters .... Interesting selections! :)
Comment: Thank you very much for this amazing letter! Wow, such beautiful stamps, love them, thank you so much! :) And the dinosaur paper is just so adorable it's hard to look away :D Had to smile at some of the book's descriptions, will definitely look some of them up! Especially the unicorn one sounds cool :) I hope you have a wonderful April reading experience, best wishes!
Comment: I love your card; what a great beaver!! I'm looking forward to celebrating International Beaver Day!! hahaha I have never seen one in the wild either, which is disappointing as it's our National animal in Canada! (many of our animals are quite shy!!!) You should start your own Platypus Appreciation Day!!! :) <3
Comment: Thanks so much - I love the little Fresno Nightcrawler drawing you did!
Also - where did you get the fabulous cryptid washi tape? I've been obsessed with it from the first swap you sent me using it :)
Response: I'm glad you liked it. The washi was from Etsy. I can't remember the seller off the top of my head. I'll look it up.
Comment: You had a great month of reading in February! I was looking for my next audible title and have downloaded the first in the series with Zero Chill. I've also added truly darkly deeply to my wishlist for when it's released on there in July.
Comment: I am so going to find Truly, Darkly, Deeply - sounds perfect for my taste in books!
Enjoy your rain - I love it too, which is good as it is the predominant weather for lower mainland BC!
Happy Reading 📚!
Comment: Hello Jennifer,
Thanks for the awesome cryptid stickers and the zine!
I dont actually listen to any podcasts - iwouldnt even know how to get one!
Response: You're welcome. Fair enough re podcasts. If you're interested, if you have a smart phone you can download an app and listen to podcasts for free. I use Stitcher. They keep my brain occupied while I do housework and stuff.
Comment: Dear Jennifer, thank you very, very much for your swap! ^.^ Your reading list sounds quite interessting and I think I will check out some of the books on it. A collection of short stories is also immer something nice to relax. XD
Have a great week,
Comment: Thanks for your nice letter. Things have been pretty well here in Maine, though I did manage to contract Covid in January. I’m still recovering but doing better all the time. Best of luck with your studies.
Response: Thank you. Sorry about the Covid. I hope your recovery goes smoothly.
Comment: BUTTERRRRRRR yessss. It really does beat everything. I was grilling something recently and it wasn't going well until I slathered ghee on everything. Love these bird stamps, too. THANKS! :):):)
Comment: Thank you for your postcard. Very kind of you to send a second one, because the first one got lost! I really like the galaxy on the postcard, I din't have any galaxy themed postcards yet. Happy swapping! <3
Comment: Dear Jennifer, thanks so much for a nice full envelope swap :) It reached me today and I am so happy to see your selection for me - I love everything!!! :) Many thanks, really much appreciated.
Response: You're welcome. I'm glad you liked it. :)
Comment: You did a great job on the bees ATC's. The water colored one with the letter "B" on it is my favorite! It was really interesting too the Glad to be green bag you sent it in. As far as I know we don't have anything like that in the USA! We are still cold here but most of the snow is gone. Guess you are ending summer there. I got my first of two Covid shots yesterday-I am over 65 but no preexisting conditions. Take care-nice to swap with you!!
Comment: Thank you for the awesome kookaburra postcard and stamps! You had a very lovely January. My front yard has several inches of snow, so no tomatoes for me yet. Fresh off of plant is so much better! Take care and thanks again!
Comment: Thank you for the llama postcard! A beach house sounds wonderful, glad you got to spend time with your family. I too love the scent of Jasmine - I am horrible at growing things (other than weeds!) but I bet it will smell lovely once it blooms and grows! Take care.
Comment: Thank you so much for the bookmarks and the stickers. So interesting that your grandmother had a cafe in Bath. I like that writing paper that you used--handmade? A very fun swap.
Response: You're welcome. Yes, it's handmade. I like the textures you can get with handmade paper.
Comment: Thanks for the lovely stickers and tasty teas! I love everything, and it's the first time I received scratch&sniff stickers! 😄 Just fyi though, the envelope was coming apart when it arrived, (one side was completely torn open and there were some other tears, fortunately everything stayed inside) so you might want to tape the sides in the future when sending long distance! It's not your fault of course that it's been handled roughly :')
Response: I'm glad you liked them. Thanks for letting me know about the envelope. I'll have to be more careful. I hope my other swaps arrive intact.
Comment: Omg!! girl you and I have something in common my birth name is Jennifer Moorhead. Moorhead is just a derivitive of Muirhead. Are you Scottish? If so we share the same crest!!! how cool to meet someone who literally has the same name as me!! Plus I have seen most of what you listed, but there are a couple I haven't and will check them out.
Comment: Hi Jennifer! Thank you for the nice note and washi! Seems like its been a well interesting to say the least summer for everyone huh? haha. I'm happy you are healthy and safe and you get full on Spring soon. =) Thanks again and If you dont mind I'll be writing back soon.
Response: Thanks. I'd be happy to hear from you. :)
