Comment: I received the PC for the swap and thank you for the lovely PC with your nice note. We have two adult daughters and a granddaughter. There is no need to apologize for your English. It is just fine.
Comment: Your swap arrived safely and I'll gladly pass the postcards on to my partner in the next round. Thank you so much for the beautiful map card for my collection and your kind note. It was a real pleasure to hear from you.
Comment: Hello! Thank you SO much for the lovely postcard and tea bag! I'm just about to heat it up and I'm so excited! I've been to Paris a few times before and its a beautiful place! I was able to see Notre Dame before it burned, the Eiffel Tower and many more places! I also went to Disneyland Paris and loved it! i'd love to try and go again and explore the rest of France :)
Response: Thank you for the heart and explore again France ! You'll be welcome !
Comment: Hi Catherine! Received your travel pc and note-love that pc as well! Hope you make it to the US some day, I’ve been to Paris and loved it!! Also love the trains in Europe! Hugs and Happy Swapping! 😉
Comment: So sorry the rating is so late. I had misplaced your envelope "Used stamps chain card Round 8" in the already rated file, then was away from Swapbot for some time so I did not get your message. Your swap definitely a five.
Comment: The card arrived safe and sound, passed on immediately (since only returned from a long holiday now only). Special thanks for the extra UNESCO card, It was fun to receive it since I was working with vintage postcards in the past and I remeber this site from those postcards (the guy I was working for was partly specialized on French vintage cards)
Comment: I love the card! I've not yet heard of the Chartres cathedral. I even did look up the field from which they took the photo: https://email@example.com,1.4317933,3a,15y,79.37h,91.06t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sC5d5_R31o58k1k4MMRNJzg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
Comment: Your English is excellent! Rural mail delivery is a challenge here. While our local post office delivers every day, the sorting facilities have been merged. Instead of mail being sorted locally, it is all sent to regional sorting facilities that handle thousands of miles of post offices. They do not sort the rural mail every day, but instead on a cycle so mail sits for days sometimes before being sent through the machines. One day a week we get noting but junk mail!
Comment: Bon aprés-midi! Thank you for the wonderful circus card, I cannot wait to incorporate it into a project I'm working on that is circus-themed. I like french clowns much better than american clowns who are more scary to me. Thank you! :):):)
Comment: What an absolutely beautiful PC and I love what you wrote on the back. It sounds like you live in a beautiful area and having a beautiful environment around you. I really like the postage stamps as well, including the one you used on the envelope, thank you.
I'm also waiting for spring, but not just for the wildlife and flowers, but the warm-weather because I'm getting tired of the cold -30 days that keep showing up after warm spells.
Comment: Card received and ready for it's next adventure! Thank you so much for the beautiful Notre Dame card you included for me! I'm afraid I have never been outside of the UK but I would love to see Paris someday, it's such a beautiful place! <3<3
Comment: Thank you so much for the beautiful Louvre PC. Yes, of course I know it. haha. I have been to Paris three times and even sat below the pyramid on one of those visits. Oh, how I wish to go back to France. ^^
Comment: Yay! Paris! Your card brings back many memories! We've been to Paris twice, but have never made it to the TOP of the Eiffel Tower! Some day....My daughter lives in San Francisco, California and she loves it there. We have visited her several times, but I wouldn't want to live there. Colorado is very pretty in the mountains; New York is exciting; Florida is crowded, but the beaches are pretty; we live in Wisconsin and it's not very exciting but at least it's not congested like Nashville, Tennessee! Our son and family live in Indiana and it's not a tourist spot at all! I hope you make it to the US some day! Your English is very good! Thanks for the newsy postcard! Love it!
Response: Thank you for the heart . We visit the top of the Eiffel Tower together another time, OK ?
Comment: Thank you so much for the extra note & PC of your town -- it's beautiful! I've been to Provence, but would love to visit Paris someday. I think I'll have to add your town to the tour. Quiet towns are my favorite. :) I hope you have a lovely summer holiday until school starts again!
Comment: Hi Catherine, that's a really nice card along with tape and stickers that are very french. Thanks so much. We also live away for the CBD for the same reasons. You write such nice things about where you live and sound very happy. Raoul & Jeanette.
Comment: Thank you so much for the beautiful bird postcard! He is so pretty! This is also my very first card from France. I was so excited. I love to hear from countries other than my own. Well, I love hearing from people in my country also but, you know what I mean.
Comment: Hi Catherine! The travelers have made it safely and will be moving on next swap! We visited Paris last Sept for our 30th wedding anniversary - so much history - loved that! I could not believe the crazy traffic though, so thankful I was not driving! LOL! Your traveling pc is so cute - I would have loved to see that one when I picked up a ton! LOL! Thank you also for the awesome pc you included for me of the couple looking at the Effiel Tower - love it! Your mail made my day! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Response: Thank you for the heart and your message. Welcome again in France !... later ?
Comment: Hello Catherine, So sorry for the late rating. I rated you in my own administration (I write my swaps in a notebook) but I have forgottten to rate you here. It must have happened after my vacation, because I had sooo many postcards to rate then. I am glad you liked my thank you postcard.
Comment: Thank you for the great card of Honfleur! I love this place, we've been here several times when traveling through France. And thank you for the extra poppy-card! It's on my poppy-wall yet 😃
Response: Thank you for the heart and I'm happy that you like the poppy card
Comment: Bonjour Catherine,
Thank you so much for the beautiful postcard with work of Pei, I was in Paris several times. And I love the stamps with rooster, fashion and sheep. You deserve more than just a heart. I will send you a thank-you-postcard.
Have a nice day.
Response: Thank you for your message and the heart.
Comment: Thank you so much for the wonderful wonderful postcards :))) I loved them all ☺ï¸â¤ï¸ Especially the Eiffel tower and the Christmas one :) thank you infinite times for the tea bags 😃😘 IT was very thoughtful of you :))
Have a lovely day pal,
Comment: Thank you for your card! I looove it! :D
You put a question on the card: 'Do you know?' I guess you mean to ask whether I know Corsica? I have never been to Corsica, but have heard of it. Seems like perfect holiday loction :)
Thanks again and wish you nice day! X
Comment: OH! Thank you for the wonderful cards from France! I visited Paris in 2002 and 2004, although it feels as if it were yesterday; I love the people, the history, the museums and "feeling" in the air. One day I hope to take my husband to Paris and he wants to take me to London ~ it will be a very late honeymoon, but one day it will happen! :) Take care and have a wonderful day!
Comment: Thank you for the postcard of Versailles. I visited Paris last year but I didn't have time to get to Versailles. I did visit it 25 years ago and I remember the beautiful gardens and the red squirrels.
Comment: Thank you for the lovely postcard and the matching stamp. My whole family enjoyed the postcard as we were in Paris 6 months ago and walked around this area. My boys noticed the outline of Notre Dame as soon as they looked at the card. We visited the gargoyles when we were at the cathedral.
Comment: Thank you so much for the wonderful postcard - what a lovely cathedral! I'm jealous that you get to live in such a beautiful place! It's definitely somewhere that I'll have to visit for myself someday. :)
Comment: Thank you for the fabulous postcard of Chartres Cathedral! I visited it a few years ago -- in November -- and the cathedral was freezing cold : ) But really stunning. I love medieval architecture. Merci!
