Comment: Davan, I contacted you several times & did not rec a response. Our last communication was: you wanted to mail the book priority because you were a day or 2 late in mailing, I replied it wasn't necessary to go that expense & you were mailing on 07/21 instead of by the deadline 07/19. I was fine w/ this. A reasonable time has passed for media mail to arrive (over a month) since I haven't rec'd or heard from you -- I have to rate you a not rec'd. If/when I do receive I can change the rating.
