Comment: For living close-ish to Philly, I always seem to be either at the airport or right across the river in NJ. I've been meaning to drive to Lansdale and hop on the train into the city but have been a total slacker and haven't gone for some time.
Comment: Lost River Caverns, funny enough, was one of the first attractions I saw when I moved to eastern PA from the western side of the state! Thank you for the card and for a reminder to check out Indian Echo Caverns. I've never been.
Response: You're welcome. There is also an Earth Cache at Indian Echo Caverns.

Comment: Another amazing SpikeyLisa creation!! I am thrilled with Ms Librarian Ducky. :-) I've already shown her off to my coworkers and classmates in library school. Thank you so much! Your work is always so creative and impeccable!
Response: Aw shucks, thanks...*blush*. I am so glad you like her. I realized that the Olympic pool was quite large so I made sure to scale it down this time...hehehe.
Comment: Every time I get a duck creation from you I think that it couldn't possibly get any better, and it does! I absolutely LOVE my Olympic scene that you created for me! The ducks are soooo cute, and I think it is so clever that you incorporated both me and the other swap participant in the scene. It is amazing! As always, thanks so much for joining my swaps!
Response: I am so glad you got it ok and love it. This was so much fun to make...though I had to wait until the Olympics started so that I could see what the actual pool and suits looked like. Thank you so much for hosting these great swaps every month.
Comment: Oh my... There are not words to describe just how AMAZING this is!! I was intrigued by the packaging and completely blown away when I saw what was inside. Your attention to detail is incredible, and this is quite possibly the coolest thing I have ever received on swap-bot. I am so glad you have joined my ducky swaps, and I look forward to seeing what other wonderful, creative duckies you make in the future. Thanks so much!!
Comment: Thank you so much for the really super cute Elvis ducky, I really really love him. :-)
Response: You're welcome; I'm glad you like him. Hopefully his hair arrived in one piece; it was my first time trying that material and was nervous how it would hold up in the mail. Again, glad you like him and thanks for the rating and heart.
Comment: Thank you so much Lisa.. this was one of the nicest swaps I have received.. I loved the magnet and the keychain.. thank you for including the extras... :) .. I also enjoyed reading the letter! I have actually been to Philadelphia, but that was a hurried trip a long time back.. so I really appreciate all the fliers and the pamphlets you sent me :) ... Im sorry about the late rating and I could not reply to your messages as I was traveling... but you are a great swapper and this parcel just made my day! :) thanks again and take care! x
Response: Yay!!! You have no idea how worried I was about them. I was so afraid they would get lost in the mail...international makes me nervous (but it's fun) or that I didn't do it right. Just a first-timers anxiety...enjoy!
Comment: I love the idea of the competition! I will like to know about your progress in the competition, write me! oh and if you want advices to loose weigth in a healty way just write me! be strong and keep on going.
Comment: I absolutely LOVE my Macbeth duck, thank you so much!! It is pretty much the cutest thing I have ever seen, and I got so excited when I saw the 'Macbeth' nametag :-D Thank you for making me such an awesome ducky! The swap is temporarily on hold while my crafting stuff is boxed up and I move, but as soon as I am in my new place I will start up the swaps again and I do hope you will join! Thanks again! :-)
Response: Hehehe...I am so glad you like him. I think this was my favorite swap so far as I loved making him and can't wait to make more. His name is actually a stretchy bracelet which is cool cuz it was my first time doing anything with beads.
Comment: great idea to send a NJ postie...spent a lot of time there, but not p/c. love it...I live within a couple of miles of the hex house...had the devil scared out of me there one night...btw, "powwowing" does work...
Comment: LISA! WOW! What a fang-tastic swap!!! I don't think your kitties need extra work, I like him how he is! What a great ATC, love that you chose Poe for it!!! I also am always envious of those who can draw, I can't!!! I really can't say thanks enough for all the extras you sent!! I LOVE all the PC's, of course I appreciate them;) I love spooky and off the wall ones and I don't know where to find them;) Ok, I've never heard of dissecting Owl pellets? OMG how fun, I can't wait. Where do you find such things? I think I need some lessons, wanna teach me? I don't get emails for responses but if you know of good places to find these things, please PM me! Thanks a TON for such a wonderful package!
Response: Yay...so glad you like it all! The more I read your profile the more I said "Ooo, I can send that." By the time I finished reading, I had a big ole pile I had to whittle down...haha. I live near the Poe House in Philly and we also have the Mutter Museum which houses various skeletons and other items is medical nature. I saw taxidermy in your profile and that is something I am interested in but being vegan, I thought owl pellets would be a good start. Oh heck, I'll PM you since this is going to be slightly lengthy. Anyway...glad ya like it and thanks for the heart.
Comment: I got your postcard yesterday - no stamp or postmark!! How weird, right?! Anyway, I got it! My brother is a Phillies season ticket holder! He was very disappointed the last couple of seasons...! Great postcard - it is a nice view. I went to a game in 2010,but missed out this year! : ) Thanks again!!!
Response: That is very odd, though I also received one without a stamp or postmark a few weeks back (bummer because it was a royal wedding stamp). Anyway, glad you like it. Hopefully next year will be better.
Comment: thanks a lot for the beautiful atc, i really like it. vielen dank! :) i saw ur name here and i thought u must have some connections to germany since it is a real german name :) happy swapping and happy holidays!
Response: Bitte schön. My father and his family are from Germany and my grandparents did not speak English so I spoke German when I was young. I wish I kept up with it over the years. Anyway, I am glad you like the ATC.
Comment: Thank you for the pressed pennies and the matching postcards. Receiving a postcard makes the penny more interesting. My younger son has been studying some American history at school this semester so he will enjoy taking the pennies and postcards to school to show his classmates.
Response: I agree that postcards make the penny more interesting. I am hooked on American history during the colonial and revolutionary periods...hope your son enjoyed them.
Comment: Hi! Thanks so much for the lovely pc! I am sure the tourist can be a sight by themselves! LOL! I hope you and yours have a Happy Thanksgiving full of fun, food, family/friends! Hugs and Happy Swapping! ;)
Comment: The pennies are a great addition to my collection and I love the matching PCs! Thanks so much! I especially love the LOVE ones :)
Response: Glad you like them. Yeah, Love park is kind of an odd place...there is a 50/50 mix of homeless folk and tourist from around the world that all pose with the Love statue. Always interesting to watch.
Comment: THANK YOU!!! These are the best postcards! I am so happy! I love them all. The one of Poe's basement is so cool! I love the cemetery! My daughter will love the Mutter Museum pc. My son will love the one of the caverns. This is just the best postcard day ever! They are all great! THANK YOU!!! I wish I could give you a heart for each one.
Comment: I really like your J -- very cool, as my kids would say! One of the things I really like about zentangles is that the artist's individuality comes through, and they are all different. Happy swapping!
Comment: Thank you for my Elizabeth Taylor ATC. She is absolutely gorgeous and I think you got her nose just right. One of my favorite cards- way more then what I expected. Thank you so much and I look forward to being your swap buddy soon!
Comment: Thank-you so much for the awesome card of Philadelphia across the Schuylkill (how do you say that?) river. I love it! *update 20/10/11 You ROCK! I just received another postcard from you of the awesome Independence Hall! Thanks so so much!
Comment: Thanks for another great ATC :) I appreciate that you used only F patterns (I'm trying to do the same with my Zentangled alphabet... some letters are easier than others!) and I love the map on the back of the ATC!
Response: Glad you like it. I agree, some letters are harder...like G, it's killing me.
Comment: Thank you so much! I love how personalized it was. You did well with the kawaii feel, no need to worry. And the combination of that with the goth flair was fabulous. The background is also gorgeous; the color is just lovely. Again, thank you. I love it~!
