Comment: I love the pc you sent. I am so glad you love Pampered Chef, anytime you feel like shopping, my website is www.pamperedchef.biz/melz14kitchen. Its also linked on my profile. I'd also love to talk to you about pampered chef anytime, just send me a message.
Response: Glad you liked it! Thanks for the rating. And when I need some more stuff...I will keep you in mind! Thanks!
Comment: Dyona...Thank you for the encouraging scriptures and sharing about your life and the PC from your area. I never made it further west than CO while we were active military. My daughter is currently in basic training in TX. How wonderful that you have a militray mom's support group!! Thanks to your sons for their service and your families sacrifices:) "Be still and know that HE is GOD!!! Blessings...Charlene
Response: You are welcome. Send a thanks to your daughter as well. Have a blessed day!
Comment: Thank you for the cards. I really like the ones you made with the sun, it's cute. The roaster is cute, I'm going to mail it to my aunt, she really likes roasters and I think she will like this card. Thank you very much!
Response: You are welcome! I made the sun ones a while ago but I still LOVE them...especially since it's summer...they are simple yet fun. Glad you can bless someone with the rooster. Have a blessed day! Thanks for the rating.
Comment: Hey! Thanks! I am so not worried about the lateness. It was worth the wait! My 4-year-old daughter saw the sunflowers with the veggie tales on them, that she and her sister are out in the yard now planting them willy nilly all over the yard. From the looks of it, I should have one in my asparagus patch, one next to the fire pit and one next to the wagon wheel. I think the neighbor will even have one next to her tomatoes :) I love the bottles. They are so neat! I'm not sure whether to melt them or try to slice them. I may go with melting and then etch some pretty flowers or something on there. :) Thank you!
Response: Glad you liked everything! Thanks for the 5 & heart even with my tardiness. The bottles came from a friend at work...I have TONS more. I want to use them...just don't know how. I read you like bottles/glass so YAY!!! for your creativity. Have a great day! And enjoy all those sunflowers.
Comment: I liked this card-recipe. thank you The stamps are cool too. I enjoy cottage cheese but it is expensive here a small container (about 1 cup) costs $3.57. I don't buy it very often.
Response: That IS expensive. I live by the border and we have TONS of Canadians that cross to buy stuff at our local dairy and Safeway. BUT they only allow $20 worth of dairy to cross per person so I see families of 5 or 6 piling out of vans so they can buy $100 worth. Crazy!
Comment: Thank you for the nice Dutch village windmill PC of Lynden with the beautiful rainbow. No, you didn't already send me one of these. I've been to a rubber stamp convention in Puyallup once, many years ago. I agree, craft conventions are indeed a lot of fun!
Response: Glad it wasn't a double. Hope you have a great day!
Comment: Dyona--Nate is going to LOVE the water balloons and kite. We both have to get swim suits so we can get into the fun with him next Friday which is his turn to be with us all day until we pick up Rissa at about 4:00 from day care. That has been the way we worked Rissa into Fridays since Nate was SO attached to me and never shared me with anyone. He had some challenges letting Rissa into our life. He's doing well with it now--most of the time! Happy long week-end!
Response: So glad you liked the goodies! My daughter (7) has always love water balloons so I went with it! Maybe Rissa can throw a few at Nate. HA! Blessings.
Comment: Not a box but loved the package envelope and loved everything. Your not said not a box but pretty envolope and just so you know that was just fine and I loved everything in the pkg thanks so much. Where did you get that bubble pink envelope really cute. Thanks sweetie!
Comment: I loved to learn more about your kitties. They are absolutely adorable! Isn't it funny just how quirky and just how BIG of a personality come cats can be?
Response: Thanks! I love that our cats both have unique personalities. But they are both friendly. And they get along with each other very well. We adopted them at the same time but from different areas at the shelter.
Comment: Thanks, Dyona and family, for the box of wrapped surprises for Nate and Rissa. Amusingly, Nate turned 4 on May 1, and we celebrated his birthday today. But this week is Rissa turn to spend all day with us, so she'll get her surprises first, and I'll probably wait for Nate to get his next week, keeping them in the box so he knows they came in the mail to him at our house. I cannot wait to see what you picked out for each of them--loved all those stamps that are perfect for Nate! I have to try to get them off the package for him to glue to a collage or picture of some sort. For the next swap, I hope to let him help pick out the items and package them so he has the fun of giving and getting a fun surprise back in the mail at our house. Have a good new week!
Response: Thanks! I am sure the lady thought I was crazy when I asked to buy stamps to put on there instead of the printed out one. But she had some cute stamps! Glad he will like them. Senna LOVES getting mail so I figured a box with fun stuff was the way to go! Have a great day! And have fun seeing their joy when they open stuff.
Comment: Lynden is a beautiful town, I used to go there on and off with my grandma. I hope your wish comes true (I'm sure it will), I know how nerve-wracking it can be having a loved one deployed like that. Best wishes to you and yours! -Met
Response: Thanks! And I agree...Lynden is beautiful. Most things are still closed on Sunday too. There are a couple restaurants and coffee shops that are open. But other than that...nada. Have a great day!
Comment: I plan on visiting Seattle one of these days. It's pretty sad I've never been there. Is the revolving restaurant still in the space needle ? They have one here in L.A. but it's not too well known.
Response: Yes! The restaurant is still there. I went to it about 10 years ago. It is very pricey...at least for me it is. But going to the top is fun too. Have a fun visit when you come. Lots to see and do!
Comment: These were really nice quality stickers! Caitlin is going to save them for a scrapbook we are going to start for her. Thanks so much! **P.S.** the P.O. label has a date of the 27th and you marked this sent on the 21st.
Response: Glad she likes them. And about the date. I had a few mix ups last week and forgot postage on some things and thought I sent a couple things when I didn't. I thought I sent an email...but apparent not. I worked extra and it threw off my week. Things are better now and hopefully I don't mess up again! Thanks for the 5 and heart even though I messed up!!!
Comment: Thanks for the lovely note and package. I also understand about pain -- and "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Phil.4:13) is part of what keeps me going. Thanks also for the beautiful suncatcher. It is hanging in my kitchen window with a Christmas star and an angel two of the grandchildren made me. I will think of you when I see it, and during prayer time at church. Happy swapping!
Response: Glad you liked the sun catcher. I love the colors in them. Thanks for thinking of me. Blessings.
Comment: Thanks for the crd. The PikePlace Market looks interesting. Ibet it gets crowded on the weekends.
Response: Yes...very crowded. Summertime it is crazy busy. It is made up of all sorts of vendors...crafts (jewelry, woodworking, leather, glass, metal), food, flowers and a few specialty shops down one floor. Hope you have a great day!
Comment: Thank you so much for the AWESOME whimsey jar filled with FABULOUS goodies! I especially LOVE the homemade vanilla.... can't wait to use it in some of my recipes! Really loved ALL that was included! ~Hugs
Response: Thanks! Glad you can use the vanilla and liked the goodies!
Comment: got the package today - only one question: where's the double-heart button?? I love LOVE L-O-V-E the book! I just 'bout cried when I randomly turned a page and there was the song my dad used to sing when I was a kid. Sure took me back. The chocolate was very nice; I felt a slight attack of generosity and shared with my coworkers and hubby. But the peppermint candy...my generosity does have a limit. My very favorite candy (also fave ice cream flavor)!! Thanks so much. This is my very first ever swap, and I do believe I'm HOOKED!!
Response: Thanks! I am so glad you LOVED the book. I was hoping you didn't already have it. I have one like it and I like reading about all the different hymns. Hopefully I didn't spoil you too much for further swaps! May you continue to have a blessed week!
Comment: Love the card always happy to receive another B-Day card. Sorry late rating Honey checked the mail and it fell on his floorboard and I found it yesterday when we took is truck into town. Response: No worries. Thanks! I am glad you liked the card. I have dropped mail in the car myself.
