Comment: I really didn't want to have to rate a 3, but a) The swap was mailed two days after the deadline, (which I honestly don't care that much about- if you had told me it would be late, I would've said "no problem"... and b) both of the washi tapes I pulled for a project ended up being shy of the minimum length for the swap...the only reason I noticed that was that I needed exactly 2', (the minimum amount specified for the swap) but they ended up being short by about 4". Otherwise, I liked the tapes you sent...I just can't rate a 5 though, sorry!
Response: I thought I had contacted you to give a heads up, but upon checking my messages I see you must have slipped through the cracks. This was my last swap on swap bot for a good while. In my case for the length, I looked up the average width of a playing cards and calculated how many times I needed to wrap it around the card instead of trying to measure the length of each tape. I'm afraid I must have made a math error and I apologize for that. I was also shorted a good deal on this swap and was debating on whether to rate a 3, which I have never done. I suppose it's only fair and will rate my partners accordingly. I am sorry the swap arrived late, I can only imagine that as this swap was due on a Sunday, I didn't put it in post until Monday and I must have missed the mail carrier pick up. However since that has been so long ago, I do not remember the circumstances for the late swap and apologize for my lack of communication.
Comment: I am only rating down because of lateness. The swap was sent four days past deadline. Communicate with your partners if you are going to be late!!!!
Response: I was unexpectedly out of town with this swap came due and had a harder time completing it (hence the different kind of tape- I wasn't aware they weren't washi at the time). I thought I did message my partners in this swap, but after looking at my messages I see I didn't. I had a lot of personal issues going on at the time so it must have slipped my mind and I'm sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused you.
Comment: Like I messaged you before, you marked this sent 3 days after the deadline and in your message you said you actually sent it 4 days after it. You asked me what you could do to not get rated a 3 but honestly, there's nothing to do. If you would have let me know you'd be late on sending, I would have been fine with it and as I said, I really liked your card and would have given you 5 and a heart but it is how it is. Sorry.
Response: Offered to make it up to here by resending a card and she said their was nothing I could do. I was in the middle of a major move and the PC was misplaced and not sent with my other stack of PC's. In the move, contacting her did slip my mind. I sent the PC as soon as I noticed it wasn't sent. Life happens, sometimes PCs get sent late and all you can do is apologize for it. I have done what I could to make things right.
