Comment: I did get it today (Nov 12). It came with $1.15 postage due. I didn't look up your profile first, but if you're new the Post Office does not simply weigh an envelope. If it is extra thick it is stamped Un-machineable (which means it has to be hand processed the entire route and there is an extra fee). I think they tried the machine because it was torn open 3/4 of the way on one side. Maybe they just checked it (I'm not sure). I appreciated the tea and the green note, but it was late and I had to pay the postage, I think a three is fair.
