However, after consideration, I decided to maintain the rating of a 3, for two reasons: the first being that, after seeing the second mini PL, it was obvious that the original one hadn’t been taken seriously (for reasons unknown); the second, because though you did offer a resend, your message made it seem like you were only offering because the host suggested you do and also you offered no apology or explanation for the poorly-made one. To the host of a swap debating whether or not to accept this member in your crafting swap: she is talented and the resend really was nice. If this had been the original mini pocket letter, I would have given her a 5 and a heart. But because of the reasons mentioned above, I am keeping the original 3. Original rating comment (April 2019): I'm sorry, I hate rating down for crafting swaps because everyone has different levels of skills. However, your mini PL definitely did not meet the swap requirements. One pocket has a flower on it, the middle one had no decorations whatsoever, and the last one only had colorful paper (yellow and pink). I failed to see how it can be interpreted for spring themed. I'm sorry to add a 3 to your ratings, but I just can't bring myself to agree that it met the swap requirements.
