For this swap: 7 index cards w/ a word of encouragement for 1 partner.. this can be in the form of a quote or Bible verse.. anything that can help lift ones spirits everyday for a whole wk. do you send these all at one time or or one everyday can you do book marks with quotes on them or do they have to be size of index cards ?

They all must be sent at one time.. You can do bookmarks if you choose. As long as there are 7 different cards for the whole week. :)
