MEGA end of year swap

For our end of year swap you will have to send to every person who signs up for this swap so you have to be prepared to put effort into it. I will only host this swap should more than 4 people sign up, less and it may not be worth it. I have set the partners numbers at ten but I will adjust it just before assigning partners to the number of people in the swap.

Okay, here goes

• You will make each partner one handmade present. It has to fit into a small bubble mailer.
• Partners will be assigned on the last day of October and you will have the entire month of November to work on your presents and then they have to be sent by the last day of November
• They can be paper goods as long as you send a set, like a letter set, set of homemade postcards or a set of home made recipe cards (minimum 6 per set)but not a set of inchies or atc's.
• You can use whatever stash you have at home to save costs and do not have to go out and buy materials unless you want to.
• Postage should be cheap because registered is not necessary.
• You may post a wish list below of things that you would like and your partners can use it for a reference but it is not mandatory for them to follow it.

Here are a few ideas:

• bottle cap pincushion (light on postage as well)
• crocheted cell phone cover
• home made recipe cards
• altered envies (minimum 6)
• small felt stuffie
• hand made jewelery, like a beaded necklace and earrings
• small sewn tote
• altered matchbox (big one and filled)
• nicely covered journals
• maybe a small book of recipes
• an amigurumi
• a nice set of crocheted coasters
• a mug rug
• address labels and swap cards that you designed yourself. (digital is also allowed as long as it fits in the bubble mailer and is your own design.)

You may include an extra which is store bought like a pen for the journal or some embroidery thread for the pincushion and some needles but that is totally up to you and not a requirement.

You may go bigger than a small bubble mailer but that is up to you. This swap is about pleasing your partner and making them smile but not about being lavish or the need to go overboard. Send something heartfelt and which shows a little effort.

Please include a pretty note card with your swap wishing you partner well or just to say something nice, not just "here is your swap, don't forget to rate".
