Description:

Each participant will make and send 1 Naked [Not in an envelope] postcard to one partner. You can paint, collage, use markers, design it any way you want, you just can't buy it at a store. The suggested THEME is Leap Year/Leap Day. This year we will have a February 29th!

The Egyptians were the first to come up with the idea of adding a leap day once every four years to keep the calendar in sync with the solar year. Later, the Romans adopted this solution for their calendar, and they became the first to designate February 29 as the leap day.

Write something on the card, a quote, a joke, or tell your partner a bit about how you made the card. If you don't follow the theme, put "February 29, 2012" in the message Someplace. You can check out your partner's profile to see what they like, but this IS sender's Choice. Be sure to include the name of the swap and your Swap-bot name on the card.

NO FLAKERS! I will angel if necessary, but I'm counting on everyone to be responsible for their own postcard. It's USA only, to save postage, but If you like the swap, feel free to make an international one!
