With permission from kcfroglady I'm hosting round two of the canceled postage stamp swap. Same as before, you will make 2 atc's for each of 2 partners. Please be creative - anyone can stick a canceled postage stamp on top of a 2.5" x 3.5" piece of card-tocks or matt-board. You will make a total of 4 atc's for this one. New swappers welcome but if you have negative feedback that is recent i am sorry you will not be allowed to play. Please read this regarding postage. Have fun!

Hey everybody - when you mail your swaps at the post office, ask the workers to please use "real" stamps instead of the metered stickers. In that way, you help folks to stock up on stamps. Just my helpful hint of the day. :-)

To heavendevon- maybe you could do personal swaps with other players. I too love this theme and have quite a few I've collected. I would be willing to do a swap of 3- better value for the postage.
