National Characteristics?? Like the colors in flags, or the people who symbolise our countries. Uncle Sam, Founding Fathers = US, Marianne = France, etc? Should we coordinate the desired size and design with our partners? I googled coin purse and most of them have this snap clasp thing which I can't find in my town. Honestly I tried like 7shops already.

Some countries are known for certain kinds of fabric or patterns, I think that's what swwu... was referring to. Or the elephants that are often used in Thai designs, etc. For the US, I might look for something typically Native American, or a US souvenir kind of coin purse.

Anyway, I won't join the swap before it says "a coin purse" instead of "a coin purses".

Oh, and another question, does it have to be national characteristics of the country we send from or could it be from a different country.

I think that ' national characteristics' may have been a lost in translation thing, she may be meaning to be sure what you are sending generally qualifies as a coin purse. I am watching for now, but would love to join when all questions are cleared up. I will pm swwu to bring these above questions to her attention.

She says it means to send 1 single coin purse. It can have a zipper or a clasp I am assuming.
