tell me something about *YOU*

getting an atc from someone is fun, but it always makes me want to know more about the person who made the atc. so i thought why not swap atc's that tells something about the artist who created it?

use your favorite atc medium and make a card that represents who you are - then mail it of to your partner, easy peasy!

hmmm, let's review - 1 card (based on YOU the artist) mailed to 1 partner! i am setting this swaps sign-up date as mid april and we will have one week to mail. (because the theme has NOTHING to do with your partner you can have your card ready before the swap even starts so i didn't see why we would need a big window between start and mail deadline...)

i know that the thing below are probably not necessary but i include them in all of my swap descriptions so that bases are covered:

who can play: everyone (as long as they are rated 4.5 or higher.) - this is a group swap! please let me know if you have a lower rating due to unfair rating or other such issues! i will ban before assignment of partners.

how to rate: 1 – if you do not receive anything (but come on, we are all going to send our cards because we are a super group of swappers!) 3 – if the atc you receive has nothing to do with your partner (that's just silly!) 5 – if you get your atc and it fits the guidelines. heart – if the atc is really amazing, or if the art was stellar, or if you really enjoyed it for whatever reason. (So, yay, we will all have hearts because we are going to ROCK these cards!) (i know that this is kind of like, duh! but i just wanted to mention it so that we don’t get people who rate a 3 because they don’t like the art or and 5 without hearts because they didn’t get a million things off their wish list.)

THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS SWAP IS TOLERANCE AND ACCEPTANCE! please realize that we are all different and our lifestyles and ideas will also be different. art is a vital part of self expression and can sometimes be humorous or dark, it can involve taboo subjects or make use of harsh imagery. everyone with a point of view that is not hateful or harmful to others is welcome. because of this you might get a atc that is adult in nature or something you would not normally make for yourself.
