Half square triangle string quilt blocks

PLEASE NOTE: The quilt block swaps I host are meant for more experienced quilters. You will need to be at least an intermediate in your experience and skill set. Do not join unless you have the experience necessary to make these blocks.

I found a tutorial for a very cute block that is easy to make. The tutorial can be found here: http://www.107quilts.com/2011/09/sew-modern-bee-october-tutorial-string.html Follow the tutorial exactly so everyone gets blocks that are the same size. The finished size of each block should be 13" by 13"

We're going to be making 3 blocks for each of our 3 partners. That means a total of 9 blocks. Please use new material (unless your partner is ok with vintage materials) that are clean and 100% cotton. This would be a good swap if you have scraps that you want to get rid of.

Fabrics used are sender's choice but try to take your partners tastes into account.

No newbies. Must have completed at least 5 type 3 swaps and have a rating of 4.8 or better. No 1's or 3's in the last 6 months.I will check. I may make exceptions for newbies who haven't been rated yet. Message me if you've done swaps but just haven't been rated. If you don't get anything from your partner let me know.
