I recently swaped some of my art for a collage and it has left me wanting more. You will have one partner , and you should send out one collage that is atleast 5"x7" after margin for framing unless your collage can stand on its own. Some of us like to frame .You can also send it already hangable by adding ribbon,chain or anything that might enable your partner to hang without framing. Stickers are not allowed . This is senders choice . Your collage should have atleast 3 diffent mediums and must include some 3d elements like feathers, flowers ,scrabble tiles anything that comes to mind . please make sure you create something that if you would receive would make you happy. I have not had luck getting joiners to my swaps so im trying again. I put time in what i create please do the same and most of all have tons of fun . Creating art should be fun not stressful. Please rate on wether you got it and if it met criteria . This is senders choice. | |

@artsymimi In thinking of this project, I wonder if you can release swap partners right away on the end sign date for sign up on 10/21. I would like to read the profile of who I am sending to and tailor my collage to their likes as best as possible. I usually do my trades way in advance but want this art work to be more personal if there is an expectation for wall hanging and display.
Also, separately, I make a killing on frames from thrift stores, yard sales and dollar stores since I tend to sell small paintings from time to time. A can a of spray paint takes you miles with any frame.
I pulled this beat up 10 x 13 oak frame out of the trash, sanded it and hit it with Krylon hand hammered effects bronze:
