Ruffle Scarf Swap This scarf can be knitted or crocheted. It is quick and easy. There are several brands of yarn, I used Premier Yarns Starbella. I made several for Christmas gifts, they were a big hit. They very popular this year. Here are two videos that can show you how to make the scarf.
