Im did this swap for Christmas and was asked to do it for Valentines so here we go. You will send one Valentine to your partner and one to Lilly......a beautiful lilâ€™ 7 year old girl who has been in and out of the hospital sense July. Lilly is very sick with what the doctors think might be CIDP. Lillyâ€™s grandmother Rose is also on swap bot as @coolbeans You can go check her profile for updates on Lilly and see pictures on her flicker. I want to send a BIG thank you to all who send cards. Rose has made Lilly an album to put all her cards in. Rose has also put up a world map for Lilly to put stars on where she has received cards from. Your cards can be store bought or homemade senders choice. Please sign your cards to Lilly with your swap-bot name to help Rose know who they are coming from.
